Professional Whole Food & Herbal Supplements in Hemet & the Inland Empire

Professional-grade whole food and herbal supplements from Standard Process and MediHerb — matched to your body, your labs, and any medications you already take. Recommendations only after consultation.

What They Are

Real Food & Real Herbs — Not Isolated Fractions

Walk into a supplement aisle and you'll find shelves of synthetic vitamins in isolated fractions — one nutrient at a time, disconnected from the food matrix your body evolved to recognize. Professional-grade whole food supplements are built differently. They start with real food (beets, spinach, alfalfa, buckwheat, liver) and preserve the complete nutrient complex — cofactors, enzymes, phytochemicals, and micronutrients your body knows how to use.

Pamela works primarily with Standard Process (whole food supplements founded in 1929) and MediHerb (a professional herbal line developed by clinical herbalists in Australia). Both are practitioner-only — not sold at retail — because the recommendations depend on the person, not the aisle.

Because of that, we do not sell supplements without a consultation. The right supplement for the wrong body is a waste of money. And in the case of powerful herbal formulas, the wrong recommendation next to the wrong medication can be dangerous. Every plan is matched to your labs, your history, and your current prescriptions.

Safety first — always

Every herbal formula Pamela recommends is cross-checked against any prescription medications you are already taking. Herbs can be genuinely powerful — Ginkgo and blood thinners, St. John's Wort and antidepressants, grapefruit and dozens of medications — the interactions are real. Pamela's clinical background and lab-work review keep the plan safe.

Frequently Asked

Supplement Questions

Why can't I just buy Standard Process or MediHerb online?

Standard Process and MediHerb are practitioner-only lines — they require a health professional to authorize an account before you can order. This is intentional. The formulas are potent, and matching the right formula to the right person requires assessment. Once you complete a consultation, we can set up ongoing supplement orders for you.

Will my supplements interact with my medications?

Every recommendation is checked against your current medication list. Some herbs (Ginkgo, St. John's Wort, kava, licorice, garlic in medicinal doses) have well-known interaction risks; Pamela knows the interactions and rules them out before anything lands on your plan.

How long before I feel a difference?

It varies. Adaptogenic herbal formulas for stress and sleep often show up within 2–3 weeks. Nutritional deficiencies (like B-vitamins or magnesium) often lift within a month. Deeper reprogramming — gut healing, hormonal balance, inflammation reduction — takes 2–6 months of consistent daily use.

Is this a lifetime commitment?

No. Most supplement protocols are targeted — take them for a defined stretch, reassess, then reduce or discontinue. Some formulas (like a daily whole-food multi) many clients keep long-term. The goal is always: use them for what they're for, then step back.
