Pamela Patterson, Board Certified Naturopath and Licensed Esthetician with over 35 years in the field, spends the time actually needed to understand what is happening in your body — not just the symptom of the week.
The consultation is a full assessment using traditional naturopathic principles paired with clinical-nutrition analysis. We review your health history, your lab work if you have it (or recommend what to ask your MD to run), and the way you actually eat and live. From there we build a personalized plan grounded in whole food nutrition, targeted professional-grade supplements, and lifestyle adjustments that fit the life you actually have.
Safety first. Every herbal or nutritional recommendation is cross-checked against any medications you are already taking. Contraindications are ruled out before anything lands on your plan.

No referral needed. Traditional naturopathic consultations are wellness-based and complement (never replace) your medical care. If you are under a physician's care, please bring your current medication list so we can check for interactions.
If you have recent bloodwork or hormone panels, please bring them — we can pull a lot of value from what you already have. If you don't, we'll discuss which markers would be most useful to request from your MD, and we can move forward with the consultation either way.
Traditional naturopathic consultations are not typically covered by insurance. The $90 fee is paid directly. Many clients use HSA/FSA funds — check with your account administrator.
Yes. Secure televisit consultations are available anywhere in California — Menifee, Temecula, Murrieta, Moreno Valley, Riverside, San Bernardino, or anywhere in the Inland Empire. The care is identical to an in-person visit. You'll receive the same written plan at the end.
Traditional naturopathy looks at the whole body — nutrition and herbal medicine, lifestyle, environmental exposures, and how your body is actually functioning based on your labs. A pure nutritionist typically focuses on diet alone. Pamela's approach layers both, safely alongside anything your MD has already prescribed.
