What It Is

Facials Built Around Your Actual Skin

Inner Beauty Holistic Health began as The Facial Garden in 2007, and professional skincare has been Pamela's craft for more than 35 years. Every facial is customized — no assembly-line service. Your skin is analyzed at the start of every visit, and the treatment plan is built from there: which cleanser, which mask, which serum, and whether the day calls for a peel, an enzyme, or a simple deep clean.

All facials include diamond microdermabrasion — a mechanical exfoliation that lifts dead skin and stimulates cellular turnover without the downtime of chemical resurfacing. Advanced facials layer in enzymes or professional peels for targeted concerns like hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, or fine lines.

Frequently Asked

Facial Questions

How often should I get a facial?

Most skin does best on a 4–6 week cadence — matched to your skin's cell-turnover cycle. If you are working on a specific concern (active acne, pigmentation, scarring), a tighter 3–4 week cadence for the first few visits gets results faster, then we can space visits out.

Can I get a facial if I have sensitive skin or rosacea?

Yes — with the Signature Facial. Pam works with sensitive and rosacea-prone skin regularly and adjusts products, temperature, and technique accordingly. Peels and enzymes are typically avoided or used at reduced strength.

Is there downtime after a peel facial?

Minimal — usually a day or two of light flaking depending on peel strength. We match the peel to what your skin can tolerate. Avoid direct sun and wear SPF for a week after.

Do you sell professional skincare products for home use?

Yes. Pam curates a line of professional-grade home care that continues the work of your in-office facial. Product recommendations are matched to your skin and always optional.

Do facials pair well with your nutrition consultations?

Absolutely. Skin health starts internally — inflammation, gut health, hormones, and hydration all show up on your face. Many clients pair facials with an In-Depth Consultation to address skin from both directions.
