A Check-In That Keeps Your Plan Working
The initial consultation gets you a personalized plan. The follow-up is where the plan becomes a habit. A month or two after your first visit, we sit down together (in person or by phone) and look at what actually happened. What shifted. What didn't. What you liked. What you couldn't stick with.
From there, we adjust. Supplement dosages get tuned. Nutrition targets get refined based on what your body responded to. If something isn't landing, we swap it. If lab work has been re-run, we look at the numbers together.
A follow-up is only for people who have already completed an initial In-Depth Consultation with Pamela within the last 12 months. It is not a standalone service — it builds on the plan you already have.

If you have re-run bloodwork or hormone panels, we compare them to your baseline and adjust the plan accordingly.

Most clients book their follow-up 30–60 days after the initial consultation. That's typically long enough to see meaningful shifts and to know which parts of the plan are landing.
Yes. Because we've already done the in-depth in-person assessment, follow-ups work beautifully by phone or secure televisit — you save the drive and get the same care.
If it has been more than 12 months, we recommend a fresh In-Depth Consultation ($90) — your health picture has likely evolved and we want to reassess with the same rigor as a first visit.
Not always. It depends on what we're tracking. If your plan targeted specific markers (blood sugar, thyroid, inflammation, hormones), a re-check is often useful. We'll discuss ahead of the visit.
